Senior Executive- Marketplace - Job Description
The Senior Executive – Marketplace will be responsible for managing and growing assigned marketplace channels by driving sales, visibility, advertising performance, catalog excellence, operational efficiency, and marketplace compliance.
The role will act as the single point of contact for assigned marketplaces, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end marketplace operations and achievement of business targets.
The role will also contribute to marketplace process improvement, SOP development, data-driven decision-making, and Omni-channel integration.

Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day business performance of assigned marketplaces and drive achievement of sales, revenue, orders, conversion, and profitability targets.
Prepare marketplace-wise sales forecasts, targets, and action plans based on historical performance, seasonality, campaigns, inventory, and market trends.
Monitor key business metrics including GMV/NSV, orders, AOV, conversion rate, traffic, product visibility, cancellations, returns,



and contribution/ROI.
Analyse marketplace performance and provide actionable insights to improve sales and profitability.
Own end-to-end marketplace operations covering:
Marketplace account management
Catalog creation and product listing
Product merchandising and visibility
Pricing and promotions
Inventory availability and forecasting
Order processing and fulfilment
Returns and cancellations
Payments and reconciliation
Marketplace compliance
Ensure marketplace listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand and platform guidelines.
Monitor listing health, stock availability, order fulfilment, cancellations, returns, and other operational metrics.
Maintain operational trackers and ensure timely closure of pending actions.
Plan, execute, and optimise marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns to drive visibility, traffic, conversion, and sales.
