Role Description The Senior Territory Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhind, responsible for driving business growth and market share within the assigned territory.



This role includes managing and expanding the distribution network, building strong relationships with channel partners, farmers, and key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets. The manager will analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and develop territory plans to optimize product penetration and customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include overseeing field activities, guiding and mentoring the frontline sales team, conducting regular market visits, and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance standards. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams for demand planning, promotions, and customer service to deliver superior value to partners and end customers.
