Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Officer. The Recruitment Officer will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. The role involves collaborating with department heads to meet hiring needs, maintaining strong candidate relationships, and ensuring compliance with recruitment best practices.



The Recruitment Officer will also support talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications
• Robust Interpersonal Skills to maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Experience with Job Description Development tailored to specific roles
• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and candidate sourcing techniques
• Excellent Interviewing skills to evaluate candidates effectively
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a distributed team
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
