Key Responsibilities

Business Planning & Strategy:
• Formulate regional business planning, financial forecasting, and go-to-market strategies tailored specifically for the Gujarat market.
• Gather market intelligence, map regional industry trends, and run continuous competitor reviews to surface new corporate and retail business opportunities.
• Evaluate newly identified opportunities to ensure focus, prioritization, and resources are dedicated to the highest-yielding client prospects.

Recent Business Development & Account Management:
• Drive new client acquisition by leveraging external networks and cultivating strategic partnerships across regional corporate and brand ecosystems.




• Nurture relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to boost client retention and significantly increase Witcraft’s share of wallet.
• Conduct detailed research on existing and prospective accounts to extract in-depth competitive analysis and predict client brand requirements.
• Own the translation of client briefs into distinct, high-impact experiential marketing concepts, structured corporate proposals, and pitches that guarantee high business conversion.
• Own and successfully hit regional topline and bottom-line commercial growth targets.

Process Management & Operational Excellence:
• Educate, supervise, and upskill the team on pitching frameworks, including the creation of creative credentials, detailed Element Sheets, exact Element Costings, and robust Concept Notes.
• Strictly enforce adherence to standard operational procedures (SOPs), company reporting guidelines, and CRM
