Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter (up to 10k / target-based). The Junior Recruiter will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment trackers or ATS tools, and following up with candidates to ensure a positive experience. The Junior Recruiter will also assist in drafting job postings, sharing openings across relevant channels, and meeting defined hiring and performance targets. Collaboration with senior recruiters and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and improve recruitment strategies is a core part of the daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
• Ability to perform candidate sourcing, resume screening,



and initial interviewing using online job boards and skilled networks.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder coordination skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Basic proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and common productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, video conferencing).
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings, track candidate progress, and meet target-based performance goals.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and fair, unbiased hiring practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a proactive approach to learning and taking feedback.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
