Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Oro Resort in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling reservations and inquiries at the front desk. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, providing accurate information about resort services, and ensuring smooth coordination with housekeeping and other departments.



The Front Office Associate will maintain guest records, process payments, handle basic administrative tasks, and address guest concerns promptly and professionally. This role requires consistent adherence to resort standards, a calm and courteous demeanor, and a solid focus on creating a warm, efficient, and memorable arrival experience for every guest.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with experience in guest-facing roles and a commitment to hospitality.
• Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills for managing calls, inquiries, and guest interactions.
