Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tender cum Purchase Executive role based in Jaipur. The Tender cum Purchase Executive will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities,



preparing and submitting tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant tender participation. The role includes managing purchase requisitions, converting them into purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The individual will liaise with vendors for quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and track order status to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring inventory levels, supporting audits and compliance checks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as finance, logistics, quality, and production for smooth procurement and tender operations.
Qualifications
• Strong procurement and purchase management skills, including experience with Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
