Position description:
The Mid-level Salesforce Developer is responsible for building and configuring Salesforce
Agentforce solutions and supporting Salesforce and Data Cloud changes within the Agentforce
delivery squad. The role supports the delivery of agentic solutions by developing, configuring,
testing and deploying Salesforce capabilities in line with agreed requirements and technical
standards.
This role works closely with the Technical Lead, Product Owner, Salesforce Administrator, and
wider CRM programme teams. The Mid-level Developer will contribute to refinement sessions,
clarify technical requirements, complete assigned development tasks and support testing
across data, integrations and functional behaviour.
The role will also help validate that Agentforce solutions work as intended across Salesforce
