About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating qualified leads, conducting outbound sales activities, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B IT sales, lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and selling IT products or technology services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and potential buyers.
• Make outbound calls and conduct initial discussions with prospects to understand their business requirements.
• Present and explain IT products, software solutions, technology services, or managed services to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads based on business need, budget,



decision-making authority, and timelines.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product/service demonstrations for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage and update lead and prospect information in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to improve lead conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, meeting, pipeline, and revenue targets.
• Track sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technology solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Must have minimum 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / IT Sales / Technology Sales.
