Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

About the Role
Reliant Housing Group is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries, conduct site visits and drive bookings for our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record, strong customer relationship skills and knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage enquiries from digital campaigns, property portals, walk-ins, referrals and channel partners.
• Understand customers’ requirements, budgets and purchase timelines to recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct site visits and explain project features, floor plans, pricing and payment plans.
• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and address their queries.
• Negotiate within approved commercial terms and close sales.
• Achieve assigned site visit, booking and sales targets.
• Record all leads, follow-ups and sales activity accurately in the CRM.




• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
• Coordinate with CRM, finance and documentation teams for booking formalities and customer handover.
• Provide regular sales reports and share customer feedback with management.

Qualifications and Skills
• 4–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably with a developer.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing bookings.
• Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Knowledge of the Jaipur residential property market.
• Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
• Willingness to work weekends as per the sales roster.
