Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating recent business, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals, and promoting Lord's Pathology diagnostic services. Typical activities include conducting client visits, presenting service offerings, managing inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role also involves tracking sales performance,



maintaining accurate records in CRM or other systems, coordinating with laboratory and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and gathering market feedback to support sales strategies. The Sales Executive is expected to meet defined sales targets, represent the organization professionally, and contribute to the company’s growth in the region.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in healthcare or diagnostic services.
• Basic knowledge of pathology or healthcare services and comfort in explaining diagnostic offerings to medical and non-medical stakeholders.
