Role Description The BIM Modeler – Electrical is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. The individual in this role will develop and manage detailed electrical BIM models, ensuring accuracy and coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP designs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, creating and updating 3D models, and collaborating with project teams to resolve design and coordination issues. The BIM Modeler – Electrical will support clash detection, maintain model standards and documentation, and contribute to the preparation of shop drawings and as-built documentation. The role requires close coordination with engineers, designers, and other modelers to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including creating, modifying, and managing coordinated models.
• Ability to interpret and work with Construction Drawings and related project documentation.
• Experience with Electrical modeling in a broader Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) setting.
