Role Description The Front Office Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based at Sterling Holiday Resorts in Goa, India. This position oversees daily front office operations, including reception, check-in and check-out processes, reservations handling, and guest inquiries, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. The role involves supervising front office team members, managing duty rosters, coaching staff,



and maintaining service standards aligned with Sterling’s experiential hospitality brand. The Front Office Supervisor monitors guest feedback, coordinates with housekeeping and F&B; for seamless service, handles escalations, and supports training and performance improvement. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, adhering to company policies, and supporting sales and revenue opportunities through effective upselling and guest engagement.
