Role Purpose

The DGM – Contracts & Commercial will be responsible for end-to-end contract management, commercial administration, cost optimization, procurement support, claims management, and subcontractor/vendor commercial governance for utility-scale wind power projects. The role will ensure commercial compliance, mitigate contractual risks, maximize project value, and support timely project execution while maintaining adherence to company policies and project budgets.

Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management

• Lead the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of EPC, BoP, supply, erection, O&M;, logistics, and consultancy contracts for wind projects.
• Develop contract strategies aligned with project schedules and business objectives.




• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by all stakeholders.
• Monitor contract deliverables, milestones, guarantees, and payment terms.

Commercial Management

• Drive commercial and cost-control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs to identify deviations and mitigation plans.
• Analyze commercial risks and recommend strategies for cost optimization.
• Support management in financial planning and project profitability enhancement.

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with Procurement teams for vendor selection and contract finalization.
• Evaluate commercial bids and prepare techno-commercial comparison statements.
• Support negotiations with OEMs, contractors, and key suppliers.
• Monitor vendor performance against commercial commitments.
