Pre-Sales Solutions professionals will be responsible for pre-sales and consulting initiatives by conducting client research, preparing proposals, creating collateral solutions, developing business presentations, supporting due diligence activities and contributing to thought leadership content such as white papers, case studies, and service offerings.

Role will actively work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, SMEs, delivery teams, leadership, and business development teams to support successful client pursuits, transition programs, and business transformation engagements.

Pre-Sales, Solutioning & Business Development Support

• Support pre-sales and business development teams in responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and client proposals.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and client research to develop business insights and solution recommendations.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, solution decks, capability documents, and executive summaries.
• Develop transition approaches, operating model recommendations,



governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps for prospective clients.
• Create business collateral, service descriptions, case studies, success stories, and value proposition documents.
• Support effort estimation, transition planning assumptions, staffing models, and solution design inputs.
• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, due diligence exercises, and solution discussions.
• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, client meetings, and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to white papers, thought leadership articles, industry reports, and knowledge assets.
• Collaborate with operations, SMEs, and leadership teams to develop creative solutions and transformation recommendations.
• Develop high level transition plans, project schedules, milestones, tollgates, and governance frameworks.
