Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, including partnerships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and corporate clients. The Business Development Manager will conduct market analysis, design and implement growth strategies, and track performance metrics to support expansion in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.



Daily tasks include meeting prospective partners, presenting Ujala Cygnus services, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new business. The role also requires ongoing relationship management, participation in local events and outreach activities, and regular reporting to senior leadership on pipeline status and market trends.
