Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will support the sales process by understanding customer requirements, demonstrating coding, printing, and conveyor solutions,



and proposing appropriate products and configurations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing quotations, conducting site visits, providing technical explanations, and coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and installation. The role involves offering post-sale technical support, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients across multiple industry segments. The Sales Engineer will also participate in market research, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand industrial printing, coding, and conveyor systems.
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and handling customer queries professionally.
