The Role
We're looking for a sharp, performance-driven copywriter who's equal parts storyteller and strategist, with AI built into how they work. This is a role for someone who loves crafting high-converting copy, thrives on big ideas, and is comfortable moving from a snappy ad headline to a full-funnel CRM sequence without losing your voice or your edge.




You'll work closely with performance marketers, designers, video editors, and the CRM team, owning the creative output end-to-end, from ideation to iteration. You will lead the content marketing for performance campaigns and program launches, and be trusted to bring fresh ideas, refine copy based on feedback, and ensure your work aligns with the brief, brand voice, and business goals.

What You'll Do
Performance Copywriting
• Write high-converting ad copy and video scripts for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), designed to capture leads
• Write and continuously optimize Google Search ad copy to improve CTR and search intent alignment

CRM & Email
• Own all CRM copy: automated email sequences, lead-nurture campaigns, and lifecycle messaging
• Maintain and evolve brand copy guidelines across the marketing org
