The Opportunity

The Digital Product Team is responsible for the strategy, governance, operational excellence, and enterprise enablement of Microsoft Power Platform across Teva.

As the Senior Power Platform Product Specialist, you will serve as the strategic and technical product leader for Power Apps and Power Automate, owning the platform vision, roadmap, governance framework, architecture standards, operating model, and value realization. You will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Legal, Compliance, platform administrators,



delivery teams, and democratization teams to ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, governed, observable, cost-effective, and easy to consume.

This is not a platform administration role. It is a product leadership position focused on maximizing business value through governance, reusable capabilities, operational excellence, and enterprise-scale enablement.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Platform Strategy, Governance & Architecture

• Define and evolve the vision, strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model for Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and introduce new platform capabilities, including AI-powered experiences, Copilot capabilities, and emerging Power Platform innovations.
• Establish governance frameworks, security guardrails, reference architectures, and best practices to ensure scalable and compliant platform adoption.
