Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job OverviewCharter Stays is hiring a proactive and sales-driven Reservation Executive / Tele-caller to join our team in Manikonda, Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage guest reservations, convert inquiries into bookings across OTAs and direct channels, handle guest support during late-night operational hours, and coordinate with ground operations for seamless stay experiences.

Key Responsibilities• Inquiry & Lead Management: Handle booking inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA channels. Follow up on pending inquiries to boost conversions.

• Booking & Calendar Maintenance: Process reservations, cancellations, extensions, and modifications while maintaining updated availability calendars across platforms.
•

• Payment Tracking: Monitor incoming payments, security deposits, and track pending guest balances.
•

• Operations & Guest Coordination:



Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and housekeeping requests directly with the ground operations team.
•

• Guest Resolution: Serve as a primary point of contact for guest queries and promptly resolve booking-related issues.
•

• Reporting: Prepare and update daily reservation summaries and property occupancy reports.

•

Requirements & Qualifications• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi (Mandatory to know all 3 languages).
•

• Robust communication, tele-calling, and guest handling skills.
•

• Must be comfortable working in a Late Night Shift.
•

• Prior experience with OTA extranets (Airbnb, Booking.com), channel managers, or hotel reservations is a plus.
•

• Basic proficiency in computer tools, spreadsheets, and messaging channels.
