Role Description This is a full-time, in office US Accounting role based in Noida, focused primarily on QuickBooks and related accounting functions. The individual in this position will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including posting and reconciling journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate ledgers for US-based operations.



Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves monitoring transactions in accounting software, assisting with audits and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights. This position requires a minimum of six months of relevant QuickBooks experience and readiness to join immediately.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of core accounting and finance principles, including Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting)
• Hands-on experience working with Accounting Software, specifically QuickBooks, for US-based accounting
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support decision-making
• Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, pref
