We are looking for an experienced Immigration B2B Sales Team Manager to lead and manage our team of 4 B2B Sales Executives. The role is responsible for achieving team targets, improving sales performance, training and mentoring team members, and strengthening relationships with education consultants, immigration agents and other B2B partners. The role currently focuses primarily on Mauritius Student Visa / Study Abroad, with additional countries and study destinations being introduced as the business expands.
What you will do•

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of 4 B2B Sales Executives.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly team sales targets.
• Track individual performance, conversions, follow-ups and revenue.
• Train and coach team members to improve their sales and communication skills.
• Monitor and improve relationships with education consultants, agents and referral partners.
• Support the team in acquiring recent B2B partners and generating student applications.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.




• Handle important partner escalations and support the team in closing difficult opportunities.
• Coordinate with admission, visa processing and operations teams for smooth file movement.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Who we are looking for•

• 3+ years of experience in Immigration, Study Abroad, Overseas Education or Visa Consultancy sales.
• Previous experience managing or coordinating a sales team is mandatory.
• Candidates with previous experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive or Team Coordinator are preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B / agent-based sales.
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and team-management abilities.
• Experience with student visas, education consultants or immigration products will be an advantage.

What we offer•

• ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month fixed salary
