Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver demonstrations, installation support and operator training for road safety and security solutions.
• Prepare technical compliance documents, application notes and practical installation SOPs.
• Coordinate approved POCs, troubleshooting, service escalation and customer handover.
• Maintain demo-kit readiness, training records and installed-base documentation.
• Work with sales and service teams within OEM instructions and approved technical claims.

Candidate profile
Relevant engineering/science qualification and practical instrumentation, electronics, automotive, security or field application experience. Preferably 5–10 years of relevant experience. Clear technical communication, documentation and travel readiness are valued.
