What you’ll actually be doing:
• Build & manage creator relationships — become their go-to person, understand their style, and build long-term relationships.
• Handle creator communication — queries, negotiations, briefs, deliverables, timelines and everything in between.
• Own campaigns end-to-end — from creator shortlisting and outreach to execution, follow-ups and ensuring campaigns go live smoothly.
• Be plugged into culture — track trends, algorithms, formats and creators; spot what could be the next big thing.
• Bring ideas to the table — help us identify the right creators and content opportunities for beauty & skincare brands.
• Take ownership — if you pick it up, you own it. No hand-holding, no “someone else was supposed to do it.”
Experience: 0.5–1 year
