Role Description The Senior Manager Administration Operations and Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role oversees day-to-day administrative operations, including facility management, office services, vendor coordination, and adherence to internal policies and procedures. The position is responsible for HR functions such as talent acquisition support, onboarding, employee relations, performance management coordination, and compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.



The Senior Manager will design and refine operational and HR processes, monitor budgets for administration and HR, and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, mentors administrative and HR staff, and drives initiatives that enhance workplace culture, efficiency, and employee engagement.
