Job Description – CAD EngineerLocation: Chennai | Mumbai |
Roles & Responsibilities• Prepare detailed ELV design drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLD), schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, layout drawings, and installation details.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to ensure design compliance and proper integration.
• Review project requirements and prepare drawings as per approved design specifications.
• Modify and update drawings based on project requirements and engineering inputs.
• Maintain drawing standards, accuracy, and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

ELV Systems – Design & DevelopmentDesign and develop drawings for the following ELV systems:
• Fire Alarm System (FAS)
• Public Address & Voice Evacuation System (PAVA)




• CCTV Surveillance System
• Access Control System (ACS)
• Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
• Structured Cabling System (SCS)
• Building Management System (BMS)
• Water Leak Detection System
• Rodent Repellent System
• Gas Suppression System

Required Skills• Strong hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Understanding of ELV systems and design drawings.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Valuable coordination skills with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines.
