Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Bengaluru North. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with industrial clients to understand their manufacturing processes,



assess application requirements, and recommend suitable laser solutions from the company’s portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, responding to inquiries, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation through order closure. The role also involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, coordinating with engineering and service teams, and maintaining detailed documentation of opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions. The Technical Sales Engineer will be expected to build long-term relationships with customers, stay current on laser technology trends, and contribute to market development initiatives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to manage the full sales cycle and achieve revenue targets laser machines background is added advantage.
