Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service and Callback Engineer role based in Chandigarh. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance on various elevator systems, including passenger, freight, home, car, and hospital lifts. The engineer will respond to service calls and breakdowns, diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and restore protected operation within defined timelines.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting safety checks, documenting service activities, coordinating with the technical team, and providing clear updates to customers and supervisors. The position also requires adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines, as well as occasional support for elevator modernization and installation teams.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in elevators.
• Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site inspections, service visits, and customer interaction in real-world operating conditions.
