Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and manage the company’s marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, video editing and graphic designing, content marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, lead generation, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns, reels, posts, and other digital assets.
• Manage SEO activities, keyword research, website content, and organic search growth.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Generate and improve quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic,



social media performance, campaign results, and lead conversions.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools to track performance.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and external agencies when required.
• Research market trends, competitors, audience behavior, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Develop engaging content and campaigns that improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Prepare regular performance reports with key metrics and actionable insights.
• Manage the company’s online presence and maintain consistent brand communication.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, and Paid Advertising.
