Role Description The Business Development Associate (BDA) is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for driving new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research on target segments, and reaching out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. The BDA will prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, assist in drafting proposals and quotations, and support the sales team in closing deals for pool and spa solutions. The role also involves coordinating with project and operations teams to ensure accurate information is shared with clients, maintaining CRM records, and tracking pipeline and conversion metrics. The BDA is expected to represent Aquarist professionally at site visits, industry events, and meetings, while contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.
