Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven International Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern to support our global sales efforts. Someone who’s hungry to learn sales the real way: by doing it. Not shadowing. Not watching. Actually getting on calls, sending emails, and figuring out what works.

What You’ll Do

• Cold calling international prospects (yes, real people, real conversations)
• Run and optimise cold email campaigns that don’t sound like spam
• Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to book meetings
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information
• Research target markets and build prospect lists




• Continuously improve outreach scripts and messaging

What We’re Looking For

• Your childhood dream was to sell ice to an eskimo (brownie points if you've tried it).
• Recent graduate or someone who has completed college
• Robust communication skills (spoken & written English is a must)
• Comfortable speaking with international prospects
• High ownership and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• You want a career in sales, startups, or SaaS — and want real experience, not fluff

Salary and Location

Location: In-office

Duration: 3–6 months

Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
