Role Description As Co-Founder (Marketing), you will lead the end-to-end marketing function for Doori in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. You will define and execute the go-to-market strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and campaign planning for wearable health and wellness products. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and consumer research, overseeing digital and offline marketing initiatives, and collaborating with product and design teams to align features with user needs.



You will also drive sales enablement activities, build strategic partnerships, and represent the brand at events and industry forums. This is an equity-only founding role, involving close collaboration with other founders to shape company vision, growth plans, and long-term strategy.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and guide marketing and sales decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for transparent messaging, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in consumer technology, wearables, or health-tech.
• Research skills to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
• Background in building or scaling early-stage startups is highly beneficial.
