Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Halwai Chef role based at Treat Hotels & Resorts in Kumbhalgarh. The Halwai Chef will be responsible for preparing a wide range of traditional Indian sweets and desserts, ensuring consistent taste, presentation,



and quality in line with brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing dessert menus for buffets, banquets, and special events, managing production volumes, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the mithai and dessert section. The role involves coordinating with the Executive Chef and banquet team on event requirements, managing ingredients and inventory, and training and guiding junior kitchen team members in traditional methods and standard recipes. The Halwai Chef will also contribute to new product ideas and seasonal offerings that enhance guest experience and align with regional tastes.
