Role Description The IPR Compliance Executive/Expert will be responsible for managing and monitoring intellectual property rights (IPR) compliance across client portfolios, with a focus on trademarks, copyrights, patents, designs, and related regulatory frameworks.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal and regulatory research, reviewing documentation and filings, coordinating with clients and authorities, and ensuring timely submission of applications and renewals. The role involves preparing compliance reports, maintaining accurate records, assisting in drafting policies and contracts related to IPR, and supporting clients in resolving compliance issues or responding to notices. The position requires regular collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to align IPR strategies with broader legal and business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.
Qualifications
