• Handle inbound calls from US customers in Spanish and English.
• Sell airline tickets, car rentals, hotel bookings and cruise packages.
• Convert PPC-generated leads into confirmed bookings.
• Upsell travel products and achieve sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and good English communication.
• Experience in international travel sales preferred.
• Robust sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.
