*Job Description:*

We're seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to work on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have:
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Expertise in Scan to BIM technology
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles
- Excellent modeling and detailing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

*Responsibilities:*
- Create detailed 3D BIM models from 2D drawings and point cloud data
- Develop and maintain accurate models for construction and coordination
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance
- Troubleshoot model issues and implement solutions
