Role Description The Business Development Engineer – Industrial Products role is a full-time hybrid position based in Chennai, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the individual identifies and develops recent business opportunities for precision machining and tooling solutions across key industrial sectors. Day-to-day activities include analyzing customer requirements, preparing proposals,



conducting technical and commercial discussions, and following up on leads to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. The role also involves collaborating with engineering and operations teams to align customer needs with feasible solutions, supporting product demonstrations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights is expected to help shape business strategy and growth.
