About the RoleAura Technology Solutions is looking for a proactive and responsible Business Development, Operations & Social Media Manager to manage business development, client acquisition, telecalling, social media marketing, and day-to-day business operations.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients, generating business leads, managing social media platforms, coordinating activities, and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. The candidate should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities• Generate recent business leads through telecalling, online platforms, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements, present company services, and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Manage regular follow-ups with leads, prospects, and existing clients through calls,



WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and ensure effective communication.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and publish regular posts, reels, promotional content, announcements, and business updates.
• Increase brand awareness, social media reach, engagement, and digital visibility.
• Respond to social media enquiries, messages, comments, and potential customer interactions.
• Generate business enquiries and leads through social media and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, freelancers, and other external resources when required.
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
