Role Description This is a contract Mechanical Engineer role, based on-site in Ghaziabad. The Mechanical Engineer will design, analyze, and refine mechanical components and assemblies for prosthetic and assistive devices, using CAD tools and standard engineering methodologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating product requirements into detailed designs, performing calculations and simulations, building and testing prototypes, and collaborating closely with R&D;, electronics, and product teams.



The role also involves preparing technical documentation, supporting manufacturing handoff, and contributing to continuous improvement of existing products and processes. The engineer will manage tasks, timelines, and technical risks to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

• Robust foundation in Mechanical Engineering, including mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for complex mechanical systems.
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including prototyping, testing, and iterative design.
• Ability to apply Project Management skills to plan work, track progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
