As we expand our robotic solutions across India, we are looking for a Manager – Robotics & Technology Operations who can bridge the gap between technology, customers, operations, and implementation teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a technology-oriented and operations-focused skilled with 4–6 years of experience who has a strong understanding of robotics, IoT, automation, digitalization, and technology-driven operations.

The role will involve working closely with robotics technology partners, customers, internal teams, service teams, and vendors to support the deployment, implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation of autonomous robotic solutions across India.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding technology,



identifying operational requirements, coordinating multiple teams, solving implementation challenges, and supporting customers in adopting technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Robotics & Technology: Coordinate the deployment, commissioning, configuration, operation, and continuous improvement of autonomous robotic solutions in collaboration with technology partners and customers.
• IoT & Digitalization: Identify and implement opportunities involving IoT, automation, digital workflows, dashboards, data monitoring, and process digitalization to improve operational efficiency.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, technology partners, and service teams, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of projects.
• Customer & Technology Implementation: Understand customer requirements, translate them into technical and operational requirement
