Role Description This is a full time, on-site Field Services Engineer role based in Bengaluru North. The Field Services Engineer will install, commission, and maintain laser machines at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.



Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues, performing preventive maintenance, and providing technical support both on-site and remotely. The role involves preparing service reports, coordinating with internal engineering and sales teams, and supporting training for customers on machine operation and safety. The engineer is expected to manage service visits efficiently, maintain high standards of customer service, and follow all safety and quality protocols.
