Role Description The Junior Lawyer will work full time in office in Ahmedabad, supporting the firm’s legal matters related to hospitality and associated sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing case summaries and opinions under senior guidance. The role involves coordinating with senior lawyers on case strategy, maintaining organized case files, and helping ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.



The Junior Lawyer will also interact with clients as needed, attend meetings and hearings, and contribute to clear, well-structured legal communication and documentation.
Qualifications

• Strong legal research, drafting, and document review skills relevant to contracts and regulatory matters.
• Ability to analyze statutes, case law, and industry regulations, particularly in hospitality or commercial law.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing opinions, client correspondence, and internal reports.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple matters, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent) from an accredited institution; enrollment with or eligibility to enroll with the appropriate Bar Council.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn from senior practitioners in a collaborative team env
