Role Description This is a full time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as procurement, production, logistics, and customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, optimizing processes, managing inventory and resource allocation, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations. The role involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing operational reports,



and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager will also support cross-functional communication, lead and coach team members, and collaborate with senior leadership on operational planning and execution.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Strong skills in process improvement, workflow optimization, and resource planning.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and provide clear performance feedback.
• Proficiency in using ERP or operations-related software and basic data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
