Essential
3-6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and hiring managers.
Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Experience coordinating complex recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience with Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms (SAP SF preferable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment reporting.
Desirable
Experience recruiting for UK-based roles.
Experience recruiting senior or specialist positions.
Exposure to international recruitment environments.
Knowledge of employment and onboarding processes across multiple geographies.
