Base Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Project Coverage: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Kerala

Experience: 4 8 Years in Interior Project Execution / Fit-Out / Commercial / Corporate

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects from site start to final handover.
- Travel regularly to client project locations across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala for site supervision.
- Manage and coordinate contract labour, subcontractors, vendors and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Plan manpower, allocate work and monitor labour productivity and daily progress.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, quality standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, furniture and finishing works.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, usage and wastage at project sites.
- Identify site issues,



delays and execution challenges and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, vendors and internal teams.
- Prepare and submit DPR/WPR, site updates, measurements and project progress reports.
- Conduct quality checks, snag identification and ensure timely rectification and project handover.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4 8 years of experience in Interior Project Management / Interior Execution / Fit-Out Projects.
- Strong experience in contract labour and subcontractor management.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
- Candidate should be based in Bangalore or Chennai.
- English and Hindi Mandatory.
- At least one regional language Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam Mandatory.
- Solid communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple project sites.
