Job Purpose

The Sr. Qualified Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of Tungsten Automation Corporation products.

The initial focus will be implementations of the Tungsten e-Invoice Network, a secure cloud platform that connects buyers, suppliers, and financial institutions for electronic invoice exchange. Customers and partners will rely on consultant as subject matter expert for configuring e-Invoicing solutions and connecting them to their AP and AR landscape.

Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Professional Services Consultant must be able to:

· Deliver Tungsten Automation Corporation solutions to customer based on requirements document

· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all e-Invoicing Products and Services, and the practical aspects of their implementation with customers

· Configure buyer accounts, user profiles, and portal settings, including the supplier invitation and onboarding process.

· Set up invoice submission channels for suppliers, such as portal submission, managed file transfer (SFTP, FTPS, AS2), and API integration.

· Design and deliver outbound invoice delivery into the buyer's ERP (on-premise or cloud) and downstream Tungsten products like AP Essentials and Process Director.

· Configure validation rules and exception handling so invoices arrive clean and compliant with country-specific e-invoicing mandates.

· Advise customers on data residency across the EU and US regions and on compliant archiving requirements.

· Guide buyer teams on supplier onboarding campaigns, invoice status reporting, and spend visibility.





· Ensure best practices and consistent delivery approaches are utilized on assigned projects

· Provide technical leadership to customer on the Tungsten Automation Corporation solution as configured to the customer’s requirements

· Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Required Skills

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related specialization.

· 6+ years of experience in professional services, solution consulting, or a related area.

· Functional and technical experience with Tungsten Automation products or equivalent AP automation and e-invoicing products.

· Hands-on experience with e-invoice formats and exchange methods, such as UBL, PEPPOL, EDI, SFTP, AS2, and REST APIs.

· Working knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and the AP functions of at least one major ERP, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

· Experience running customer workshops and presenting to finance and IT stakeholders.

· Familiarity with e-invoicing and tax compliance mandates in Europe, the US, or other regulated markets is a plus.

· Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay/Accounts Payable environments

· SQL Server based skills; in areas such as MS SQL Server architecture, design, and tuning

· Experience writing scripts using SQL, PL/SQL, and ASP.NET programming languages

· Ability to understand the functional design and technical project requirements

· Ability to travel to customer project locations as needed
