Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Voice Coach with strong expertise in US Healthcare RCM voice processes to drive communication, voice quality, and process-training initiatives. The role will focus on improving agents communication skills, call handling, customer interaction, and overall voice-process performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct voice, communication, and soft-skills training for RCM employees.
- Train employees on US accent, pronunciation, grammar, intonation, and effective communication.
- Coach agents on call handling, customer interaction, probing, empathy, and qualified communication.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, assessments, and calibration sessions.
- Identify communication and voice-quality gaps and provide structured feedback.
- Monitor training effectiveness and track improvement through assessments and performance metrics.
- Partner with Operations, QA, and Training teams to improve overall voice performance.




- Develop training materials, coaching plans, and communication modules as required.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Voice Training / Voice Coaching, preferably in US Healthcare RCM/BPO.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare voice processes and customer communication.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong understanding of US accent, pronunciation, grammar, tone, and voice modulation.
- Experience in conducting mock calls, assessments, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift and WFO setup.
