Job Description:

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirement discussions, and gap analysis.

- Translate business requirements into BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders.

- Create process flows, business process models, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.

- Identify business problems, opportunities, dependencies, risks, and improvement areas.

- Support AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and business process improvement.

- Prioritize requirements based on business value and project objectives.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning,



backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and UAT requirements.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect/issue resolution.

- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.

- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.

- Support change management, release planning, and implementation activities.
