Cash management :

Bank Account & Cash Operations
Download bank statements from bank portals and upload them into ERP (manual and automated formats such as CAMT053/BAI/MT940 or spreadsheet-based uploads)
Validate opening and closing balances and transaction counts between bank statements and ERP
Bank Reconciliation
Perform daily and month-end bank reconciliations for all assigned accounts.
Auto-reconcile AP, AR, and miscellaneous transactions with bank statement lines; perform manual reconciliation for exceptions.
Investigate unreconciled or aged items and coordinate with AP, AR, Treasury, and GL teams for timely resolution.
Accounting & General Ledger Interface
Ensure accurate accounting entries are generated from Cash Management sub-ledger to GL.
Prepare and share late cash journals and accrual-related data with the GL team during period close
Support sub-ledger and period close activities, ensuring timely completion as per close calendar
Reporting & Controls
Run and review standard Cash Management reports (e.g., Bank Statement Report, Cash in Transit/TA Report).
Support audit (internal and external)
