Job Summary

Implementation Senior Lead to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. The candidate will lead a team of consultants, configuring and customizing Temenos Core Banking solutions to match complex business workflows.

Core Responsibilities

- Solution Design & Configuration: Lead gap analysis workshops and translate complex business requirements into Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) and core configurations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior implementation consultants, ensuring code quality, configuration standards, and delivery excellence.
- Customisation Delivery: Oversee the development of local versions, enquiries, templates,



and complex routines (e.g., in TAFJ/jBC).
- Post-Go-Live Support: Guide the team through hypercare and transition activities to BAU support teams.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of Core Banking experience, with at least 6+ years dedicated to Temenos (T24/Transact) implementation.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) across Core Modules (Accounts, Customer, Interest) and LOBs (Retail, Corporate, Corporate Lending, or Wealth).
- Solid technical background in TAFJ, jBC, Info Basic, and screen customisation.
